Can a dissolved company have a business bank account?

Dissolving my limited company, but we’ve still got a business bank account with a reasonable sum of money in it. If I go through with shutting down the company, what will happen to that account? Can it be kept on under our company name, or will they make us shut it down? Cheers for that

A limited company ceases to exist as soon as it is dissolved, so you will not be able to use your business bank account once your company has been officially closed down and struck of the Companies House register.

You should deal with your business assets and close all business bank accounts before applying to dissolve your company, otherwise these remaining assets and finances will pass to the Crown.

What are the legal implications of a "dissolved company" continuing to operate its company account as if it were still active?
