Is there any rule about the number of partners an LLP is permitted to have? Basically: how many is too many? I appreciate your input very much, thanks.
Limited liability partnerships must have a minimum of two partners (member) to be registered, but there is no upper limit to the number of partners an LLP has unless a restriction is included in the partnership agreement.
