Do LLP partners need to provide Companies House with personal details?

As a partner at an LLP, do I need to give any personal details to Companies House? I’d obviously prefer not to if it can be helped at all, but I know that rules are rules.

Each LLP member (partner) has to provide the following personal details for Companies House:`

  • Title
  • Full forename(s)
  • Surname
  • Former name(s), including maiden or married names, that have been used for business purposes in the past 20 years.
  • Country/State of residence
  • Date of birth
  • Usual residential address

These details will be registered with Companies House and made available to the public on the companies register, apart from the day element of their date of birth. Residential address details will only be disclosed to the public if they are provided as the member’s service address or the LLP’s registered office.
