Would it be possible for me to run an LLP without hiring employees? Or do you need to have an employee in order for your LLP to trade? Cheers
There is absolutely no legal requirement for an LLP to employ anyone. The entire business can be set up and run by just two partners, so it’s completely up to you whether or not you wish to hire anyone else to work for you!
