Hi, I’m wanting to know whether there is a maximum number of members that an LLP is allowed to have. Can anyone enlighten me, please? Thank you, kindly!
There is no upper limit to the number of designated members an LLP has, but there must be always be at least two. If you do not name two members as designated, Companies House will register all members are designated.
