What sort of individuals would form an LLP?

Hiya, I’m wondering about LLPs. What sort of individuals or business people are these companies ideal for? Is there a particular profession that should form an LLP, or does it depend on anything in particular? Thank you!

The most common types of individuals who tend to set up LLPs are those who would normally offer their professional services through a general partnership. People who work as accountants, medical professionals, surveyors, architects, veterinarians and solicitors benefit the most from setting up an LLP, but it is a viable business structure for many other types of profit-making joint enterprises.
