Do I need to provide HMRC with my registered office address?

Hi - my company application has just been returned successful by Companies House, and so I must now register with HMRC. When I do so, must I provide them with my registered office address? Thanks for your answers.

No, there is no need for you to provide HMRC with your registered office address. Companies House will notify HMRC on your behalf shortly after your company is incorporated.

Companies House will also notify HMRC if you change your registered office address at any point after company formation.
