Can I use someone else's address as my registered office?

I’m interested in using the registered office of another company in order to register mine. Is that something that is considered okay in the eyes of the law? Thanks for the help.

That’s absolutely fine. As long as the address is in the same country where your company is registered, and you have permission from the person or business who owns the address, you can use their address as your company’s registered office.

Your official company mail from Companies House and HMRC will be delivered to your registered office so be sure to get this mail forwarded to your preferred contact address.
