Can my company use nominee shareholders?

0

Hello, quick question regarding nominees if you can help! I am going to register a small publishing company with two fellow shareholders; however, they would both like to be anonymous in terms of appearing on incorporation documents and the like. So, could I use nominee shareholders to stand for my two partners?

Yes, that’s absolutely fine. You can appoint nominee shareholders to protect the privacy of the beneficial shareholders. Their details will not be registered at Companies House or placed on public record.
