What if I do not want to use a SAIL address?

A business friends recommends that I use a SAIL address for all of my record-keeping services for my private limited by shares company. I do not really fancy doing that. Can I operate without a SAIL address, or must I have one?

Many thanks

Hi Leon,

If you do not want to use a SAIL address, there is absolutely no need for you to have one because it is not a legal requirement. It is simply an optional address that you can use for inspection purposes if you do not want to use your registered office.
