Do all LLP partners need to have access to a business bank account?

I’ve got a hypothetical question for you guys: say we’ve got an LLP, and we want to open a business bank account. If we do that, would every LLP member need access to the account, or is it okay if just one of us controls it.

There is no law that states all LLP members have to be registered as authorised signatories of the LLP’s business bank account, but most LLP members will want and expect to have access to the bank account to ensure finances are all in order.

However, if the other members agree to let only one or two members control the account, that is perfectly fine.
