Only statutory LLP mail from Companies House and HMRC will be delivered to your registered office address. If you plan to use our registered office service, we will accept this mail on behalf of your LLP and then forward it to your preferred contact address, whether that's in the UK or abroad.

Directors' mail and general business mail will not be handled and forwarded as part of the registered office service - you will need to purchase our Director's Service Address and Business Address services for those types mail.

Your director's service address is where Companies House and HMRC sends a company director's or LLP member's statutory mail. It will be yourofficial personal contact address for that type of mail. Our Service Address facility can be used for this purpose. It is based at the same location as our Registered Office service, but you will have to purchased these address services separately.
