Do all company directors need to have access to their company's business bank account?

My limited company is in the process of opening a business bank account. We’ve got four directors. Does each director need to be registered on the account and have access, or is it okay if just one or two of us have access?




There is no legal requirement for all directors to have access the company’s business bank account. As long as the other two directors are happy not to be registered as account signatories and have access to the account, you can do what you like.
