What if I do not have all the required documents to open a business bank account?


I need to organise a bank account for my limited company. What will happen if I need to open an account, but do not have all of the required documents?



I’d need to know a little more to answer this accurately - what information are you missing? Most banks will ask to see your company formation documents and photographic ID and proof of UK address for at least one director and all account signatories. These should all be things that you can easily obtain. If cannot provide this information, you will be unable to open a business bank account.
