Are the details on my company's memorandum made public?

I recently set up a limited company and I understand that some of the information I provided on the application will be made available to the public. Is this the case with the details on the memorandum of association? For example, my name and the shares I have taken?

Yes, that’s correct. All information you provide on the application to incorporate a company, and all info stated on the memorandum, is available to the public as soon as your company is registered. The only details that remain private are the year of director's’ dates of birth and their usual home addresses. However, directors’ home address details will be added to public record if used as a registered office or SAIL address.
